As a former state employee (12 years) with additional
15 years of banking experience, I possess an extensive knowledge
of notarizations and of
the loan closing process. Our aim is to “do it right the first

With over 1,000 plus successful closings to date you can be
assured your closing will be completed on time and error free.
Most documents
are returned same day and no later then next day if closing
is after 4:00 pm. Will also courier doc’s to any Title company
in Phoenix or surrounding areas within Maricopa County. I will
travel to client
homes, place of business or wherever and whenever scheduled
or convenient for lender/client.
I am a member of the National Notary Association and have been
a notary for 25 plus years with a great track record. Have
closed most types
of loans including 1st & 2nd Mortgages, Refinances,
HELOC’s, Reverse Mortgages, POA’s etc. I’m the notary
that will go the “extra
mile” for both lenders and their clients.
Presently in the process of getting a laptop and training for doing
e-notarizations.
Will do other notarizations at $2.00 a document plus a flat-rate charge
of $20.00 within 20 mile radius of my office address. Additional charge
for any mileage over the 20 miles.
